The RingCentral Call Controller features advanced commands that enable you to manage all your calls, faxes and messages in the easiest and most intelligent ways possible.
The Call Controller alerts you of any incoming call or fax. You can take action and answer a call, retrieve a fax or listen to voicemail messages all right from your computer, through the Call Controller.
