You may have an office in one city and an office in a satellite office or telecommuter in another city, long distance charges may add up. Just keeping up communications between your employees shouldn't be that expensive. Instead of paying those fees, it may be time to embrace a long distance alternative.
Instead of calling back and forth between zip codes, connect all the offices with extensions. This way, the phones that are further away get a VoIP number in the zip code of the main office. It makes calling coworkers easy and inexpensive. Plus, it makes it easier for clients and customers to contact your employees when needed. Why pay for long distance when you don't have to?Labels: Digital VoIP
